Monday Blues

I don’t know about you, but I have serious blue Monday’s! ?What do I do about them? I grab my dogs and head out for a run, early ;early without thinking about it!

How do I feel about Monday after my run?
I can face it! I’m feeling good! Ready to start my day! If I’m really lucky I get to go with my friends and 10 other dogs! ????‍??My absolute best! I realise we don’t all have this time , and have to get kids to school and get to work etc, but if you can just fit in a 15-20 min program even at home , it will make all the difference in your day and your life.

I’m not talking about your weight or shape! Who cares ???!! Seriously!!!
I’m talking about your happiness and your health! ?Your happiness and health is everything!?
A little exercise can make such a fundamental difference on your health , mentally and physically!
